Percussion Play Director Robin Ashfield has travelled extensively in Australia and New Zealand over the past few weeks meeting with partner companies in the Southern Hemisphere. He has been out in the field, meeting employees and conducting training sessions and briefings on our range of outdoor musical instruments as well as meeting with some of their prospective clients.

We hear so often that we don’t make things in the UK any more - well Percussion Play are bucking the trend having just become the CADdetails Users Choice 'Manufacturer of the Month' for December 2017 - automatically taking them to the finals for the 2017 Manufacturer of the Year.

Encouraging Music & Movement | National Obesity Week

National Obesity Awareness Week runs from the 8th-14th January 2018. It helps to promote awareness of obesity as a UK health concern, supporting ways to prevent and tackle the problem as a nation.

Obesity can have serious physical implications for children and many obese children will go on to become obese adults. Obesity takes an emotional toll on children. The stigma attached to being overweight can be as damaging to a child as the health conditions which often go hand in hand with obesity. Overweight children are more likely to get bullied and teased by their peers in school, resulting in low self-esteem and mental health problems such as depression.

Poor diet and sedentary lifestyles (sitting still for too long) are the two primary causes of excess weight and obesity in children. Lithuanian Reseller 'Dego' Brings Music to School Expo

We have an excellent community of skilled resellers available to support our customers around the globe, and we love to share stories of these resellers, working hard to spread the message and showcasing our instruments at select conferences and exhibitions.

The latest to do so are the team from UAB Dego at the 2017 'School Exhibition' held in the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center, Vilnius, Lithuania.
